Does your computer take forever to start, freeze when you open a few tabs, or sit with the disk light flashing? Very often the fix isn't a new computer. It's swapping an old hard drive for an SSD, adding more memory, or clearing out the software slowing Windows down.
I do upgrades from Te Atatū Peninsula for homes and businesses across West Auckland. If an upgrade isn't worth it for your computer, I'll tell you before you spend anything.
| SSD upgrade | from $45 + the drive |
| Windows reinstall | from $45 |
| Moving files to a new drive or PC | from $45 |
| RAM, graphics card and Windows 11 upgrades | from $35 + parts |
| Custom PC build (labour) | from $35 |
The diagnosis is $35. If I can't fix it, you don't pay it. Once I know what's wrong, I'll tell you what the repair will cost before I start. If you decide not to go ahead, the $35 still applies.
Labour is $35 an hour. Parts are extra.
Most repairs are done within 24–48 hours, although this isn't guaranteed. Parts that need ordering usually take about a week. I work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, and weekends by appointment.
If I can't fix it, you don't pay the $35 diagnosis.
I'll tell you what's wrong and what it costs before any work begins.
